The Redfora team is working non-stop to answer questions, offer resources, and get orders out as quickly as possible.

For orders placed today, we are projecting 6-16 business days to ship due to extreme demand. We've been shipping earlier-than-promised for the past two weeks by working non-stop to get orders out, but we'd always rather under-promise and over-deliver on shipping times. You will get a tracking alert as soon as the order ships (hopefully ahead of schedule).

We don't foresee any issues with our supply chain or fulfillment at this time, but we do recognize that some factors may be out of our control in the future. Should expectations of how quickly order will ship change, we'll be updating the site to reflect those changes, and we’ll be proactive with any customers whose shipping timeline may change.

Hello friends, family and community,

Thanks for checking out our message, and being a beacon of positivity for those you love and care about. 

So many of you are stepping up to share positivity and lift up your respective communities right now, and it fills our hearts with hope and optimism! Keep it up!

This week was emotional for everyone, as uncertainty and change are hard things to deal with. What is certain is that we can all make good choices to help fight COVID-19 by staying home as much as possible, cutting any non-essential contact outside of the house, and focusing on good hygiene.

While some on our team are blessed to be able to work from home, that isn’t the case for everyone. A huge salute to our teammates working in the warehouse to fulfill orders, the health care professionals on the front lines, post office workers, the grocery store workers, the truck drivers and fulfillment workers across the country that are making “stay-at-home” possible for the rest for us. Thank you!!!

REDFORA RELIEF DONATIONS

Right now, everyone is thinking about how to support folks that need it. We created Redfora Relief specifically for times like these when people need support. With so many people being laid off and having their resources cut, our nation’s food banks are more important than ever before.

On Thursday, Redfora Relief donated $20,000 to Feeding America and it’s regional food bank partners to do our part to support people across the country; especially in the hardest hit areas. We chose Feeding America because they have the highest possible rating on Charity Navigator, and they direct funds efficiently to families that need support putting food on the table right now. We’ve seen this need personally after wildfires devastated communities, and know it is a need now.
